| Tofu and Bean Sprouts |

Ingredients 2 squares Kingland fried tofu 250g fresh bean sprouts 2 cloves garlic 2 tablespoons oil salt and pepper to taste soy sauce to taste Fresh chillies to taste Method Cut the tofu into slices. Wash and drain the bean sprouts, pinching off any brown tails. Fry garlic and chillies in hot oil until turning golden, add tofu and bean sprouts and stir fry for for 3 -4 minutes. Add seasonings to taste and serve immediately. |
