Ingredients 600gms Kingland Silken tofu 1 tablespoon Sunflower Oil 1 cup Dates (Soaked in boiling water) 1 1/2 tablespoons Carob Powder 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Essence. Method Drain the dates when softened. Puree all the ingredients together in a blender or food processor, until smooth. Pour into serving dishes, sprinkle with shredded coconut, and refrigerate until set. |
